About KTS Therapy
Welcome to KTS Therapy
Founded in 2020 by experienced speech pathologist Kiara Tatt, KTS Therapy is a mobile speech pathology service designed to deliver expert care in the comfort of your own environment. Serving adults across the Inner & Outer East, South East, and Bayside suburbs, I offer flexible appointment times on both weekdays and weekends.
Personalized, Evidence-Based Therapy
At KTS Therapy, I provide personalized, high-quality interventions based on the latest evidence to help you achieve your goals and reach your full potential. I take a holistic approach to care, collaborating with other professionals on your treatment team to ensure a comprehensive, person-centred plan.

A Focus on Neurological Conditions
While I have experience working with individuals across all ages, I have a particular interest in acquired neurological conditions, including stroke, brain injury, and degenerative diseases. My goal in creating KTS Therapy was to provide flexible, person-centered interventions that empower my clients to achieve their goals their way.

Experience You Can Trust
With over 15 years of clinical experience, my expertise spans a variety of clinical specialties. I’ve worked within organisations like the Royal Melbourne Hospital, Eastern Health, Scope Vic, and internationally at top UK hospitals. I actively participate in the Program for Self-Regulation with Speech Pathology Australia and hold the Certified Practising Speech Pathologist (CPSP) title.
